Shipping Policy
NOAIR ships worldwide. We strive to achieve same/next day order processing, please allow up to 5 working days during busy period.
Make sure to check product page descriptions as some l items may be subject to slightly longer shipping times.
Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout
Return & Exchange Policy
NOAIR does not accept returns unless the item sent is faulty, in this case, you must notify NOAIR within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and proof of the fault.
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
NOAIR does accept exchanges, if you are not 100% satisfied with the size/colour you have chosen, you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to email contact NOAIR stating you would like an exchange.
Returns must be new, unworn, and in original condition. We will inspect items individually to approve the condition of all returned goods.
Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with roundtrip return/exchange shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
